These Giveaway Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all giveaways, contests, reward events, or promotional activities ("Giveaways") conducted by Smells Digital – T.B.S. By entering or participating in any Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

No Monetary Exchange

All giveaway items, rewards, prizes, perks, or digital assets cannot be exchanged for cash, monetary value, or financial reimbursement of any kind.

Right to Modify or Cancel Events

• - Cancel, postpone, or modify any Giveaway, event, or reward program
• - Adjust eligibility requirements
• - Change the prize or replace it with an equivalent or alternative

This may occur at our discretion without prior notice.

Behavior and Compliance Requirements

The Company may terminate participation or revoke a prize if:

• - A user fails to comply with these Terms
• - A winner displays disrespect, harassment, or hostile behavior toward staff
• - A participant becomes uncooperative during verification or prize processing
• - Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or disruptive conduct.

Eligibility (NFT or Membership Requirement)

• Individuals who purchased an official Smells Digital – T.B.S NFT
• Individuals who received an NFT directly from Smells Digital – T.B.S

NFTs obtained from third-party transfers do NOT qualify unless stated otherwise.

Anti-Bot & Anti-Farming Policy

• Users utilizing bots, automated tools, or giveaway farming systems are disqualified
• Users winning multiple times through suspicious activity may be removed from eligibility
• Community reward systems must be accessed manually by legitimate participants

Winning Limitations (Cooling Period)

• Winners of medium to grand tier giveaways may only win once every 6 months
• Multiple wins in a short timeframe may result in disqualification

No Liability for External Disruptions

• - Natural disasters
• - Shipping carrier issues
• - Customs delays
• - Lost or damaged shipments
• - Third-party service interruptions
• - Events outside our control

Scam & Security Disclaimer

• - Scammers impersonating staff
• - Fake accounts requesting personal information
• - Fraudulent links or messages from unverified users
• - Any loss caused by interactions with unverified individuals

Processing Times

Small Giveaways

Processing time: 1–14 days

Medium to Grand Giveaways

Processing time: 30–90 days

Extended Delays

• - Limited-edition items
• - International shipments
• - Custom-made or special-request items
• - Seasonal delays or external events

No Responsibility for Shipment Companies

• - Shipping carrier errors
• - Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
• - Faulty or broken items
• - Incorrect addresses provided by the user
• - Customs fees or import taxes

Verification Requirements

• - Prove NFT or membership ownership
• - Verify identity
• - Confirm shipping information
• - Respond within a reasonable timeframe

Final Discretion

• - Winner selection
• - Eligibility
• - Disqualifications
• - Prize substitutions
• - Interpretation of these Terms
